Rhoda Binge (1913-present) validation

The GRG announces the age validation of Rhoda Binge, nee Cowell. Rhoda was born in Lamesley, County Durham, England, on January 8th 1913 to Andrew and Mary (Scott) Cowell. She had at least three siblings. In April 1936, she married Albert Stanley Binge and went on to have one child – a daughter named Yvonne, born in October 1940. Albert sadly passed away in 1982, leaving Rhoda a widow. Rhoda currently lives in Netley, Hampshire, at age 111 and is the seventh oldest known person residing in the UK currently.

Rhoda’s age was verified by myself, later accepted as valid by the GRG with a date of January 13th 2024.
