Helena Byrne (1902-2013) validation

The GRG announces the age validation of Helena May Byrne, nee Glover, who often went by Helen or Helene. Helen was born September 12th 1902 in Harrison, Kootenai County, Idaho, USA, to Charles and Florence Glover. She was the eldest of their eight children. Once graduating from High School and achieving her teaching certification, Helen spent her working life as a teacher. On August 31st 1927, she married Lloyd E Byrne and went on to have at least five children together. Lloyd sadly passed away on November 12th 1993, leaving Helen a widow – after which she did not remarry. Helen herself passed away in Buhl, Twin Falls County, Idaho, aged 110 years, 288 days, on June 27th 2013.

Helen’s age was verified by Anson Davis, Jason King and Waclaw Jan Kroczek. This was validated by the GRG with a retroactive date of January 8th 2017.
