Bernice Sebastian (1913-present) validation

The GRG announces today the age validation of Bernice Rosalind Eugene Sebastian. Bernice was born September 21st 1913 in Saint George Basseterre, Saint Kitts, Saint Kitts and Nevis, to Joseph Matthew Sebastian and Inez Veronica Sebastian, nee Hodge. Her birth was registered on September 30th 1913. Bernice’s parents were born in the early 1890’s and married on January 8th 1913. Reportedly, she was one of 12 siblings to the pair. Bernice never married or had any known children, devoting her life to teaching, eventually becoming a headmistress. After retiring, she moved to Canada, before moving to the US some years later, living in various places, before finally settling in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 2011. She currently resides there today at age 110. Bernice is one of the oldest people in the state.

Bernice’s age was verified by myself and accepted by the GRG as validated yesterday – March 3rd 2024.
