The GRG informs of the age validation of Julio Enrique Saldarriaga Hernandez. Julio was born November 3rd 1913 (claims July 30th 1913) in Cocorna, Antioquia, Colombia, to parents Jesus Saldarriaga and Rudecinda Hernandez. On June 22nd 1936, Julio married Maria Calixta Garcia in El Carmen, San Roque, Antioquia. They reportedly went on to have nineteen children together and were married for 79 years until Maria’s death. He currently lives in Carmen de Viboral, Antioquia, aged 110 years. Julio shares a birthday with fellow male supercentenarian Hilario Orozco Lemus of Mexico.
His age was verified by myself and an anonymous person. This was accepted by the GRG as validated today – March 4th 2024.
