The GRG announces the age validation of Gail Stites, nee Foster. Gail was born December 6th 1899 in Clariton Township, Appanoose County, Iowa, USA, to Milo Sigle Foster and Myrtle Josephine Foster (nee Tissue). She had at least two siblings. On October 25th 1924, aged 24, Gail married Raymond Eugene Stites in Appanoose County. They had at least four children together. Sadly Raymond passed away on April 5th 1971, aged 77, leaving Gail a widow. She did not remarry after this. Gail passed away herself on December 26th 2009 in Moulton, Appanoose County, aged 110 years, 20 days.
Her age was verified by Filipe Prista Lucas, Anson Davis, et al and validated by the GRG with a retroactive date of December 15th 2016.
