Mathilde Gratry (1896-2008) validation

The GRG announces the validation of Mathilde Julienne Gratry of France. Mathilde was born May 10th 1896 in Lyon, Metropole de Lyon, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France. Her parents were Auguste Gratry and Marie Mannequin, from whom she had three brothers, one of which lived 97 years. Mathilde died in a nursing home called Cuvier in Lyon, Metropole de Lyon, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France, aged 111 years, 245 days.

Mathilde’s age was verified by Luc Le Lay, Laurent Toussaint, Cyril Depoudent and Sylvain Grosgeorge, later accepted as valid by the GRG, retroactively, on March 5th 2016.
