Mary Franklin (1913-present) validation

The GRG announces today the age validation of Mary Shahan Franklin, nee Payne. Mary was born February 3rd 1913 in Alabama (although it has been claimed she was born in Virginia). Her parents were John and Flora Payne and she had at least one sibling – a sister named Stella. On April 8th 1938, Mary married William Lincoln Franklin in Prince George County, Maryland. They had no known children together. Mary was sadly widowed on November 12th 1991 when William passed away. She did not remarry after this. They had lived together in Virginia and various places in Maryland. Mary currently lives in Chestertown, Kent County, Maryland, aged 111.

Mary’s age was verified by myself and recognized as validated by the GRG today – February 27th 2024.
