The GRG announces and confirms that 114-year-old Elizabeth Francis, born July 25th 1909, is now the oldest living known person in the United States upon the death of 116-year-old Edie Ceccarelli of California. Elizabeth is also currently the fifth-oldest known living person in the world, as of today. Congratulations to her on reaching such an impressive age and for this outstanding achievement!
