Shizuko Kiyuna was born in Chatan, Okinawa Prefecture, Japan on 10 June 1912.
In June 2022, Kiyuna celebrated her 110th birthday and became a supercentenarian.
Kiyuna became the oldest person in Okinawa Prefecture, following the death of 113-year-old Kikue Taira on 18 April 2024.
