Mary Ricci was born in Newark, New Jersey, USA, on July 6 1914 to parents Pietro and Rosa Ricci.
In 1938 she married Carmine Dragotta in New Jersey. They went on to have at least three children together. Carmine passed away at the age of 94, after which Mary never remarried.
In July 2024 she celebrated her 110th birthday in Toms River, New Jersey, with family and friends. Her 110th birthday was the last time she was publicly confirmed alive.
