Biography
Jeannette Laham was born as Jeannette Berthe Espouy in Armentières, Nord, Hauts-de-France, France, on 1 February 1914. Her parents were Jean-Louis Espouy, and Berthe Fauvergue.
On 25 November 1939, Jeannette married Roger Louis Rasson in Paris. They ended up divorcing on February 26th 1948. On 9 October 1954, Jeannette married Jean Laham, again in Paris. Her husband, Jean, died on 22 July 2008, at the age of 90, leaving Jeannette a widow.
On 1 February 2024, she celebrated her 110th birthday, becoming a supercentenarian.
Jeannette Laham passed away in Montpellier, Hérault, Occitanie, France, at the age of 112 years, 39 days on March 12 2026.
