Gertrud Frontzek, the 3rd oldest living person in Poland, celebrates 110th birthday.

The Gerontology Research Group is delighted to report 110th birthday of Mrs. Gertrud Frontzek of Świętoszowice, Zbrosławice Municipality, Tarnowskie Góry County, Silesia Voivodeship, Poland. On this exceptional day she was visited by bishop of Gliwice diocese. She spent her entire life in the village of Świętoszowice, except the time she lived in Górniki.

As of March 2026, Gertrud Frontzek is the third-oldest living person in Poland behind 111-year old Anna Winiarska of Huta Gogołowska and 110-year old Zofia Powałowska of Gdańsk.

Her age was verified by Dr Waclaw Jan Kroczek and validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG) on March 15, 2026.
