The GRG announces the age validation of Jeannette Berthe Laham, formerly Rasson, nee Espouy. Jeannette was born February 1st 1914 in Armenitieres, Nord, Hauts-de-France, France, to Jean and Berthe Espouy. On November 25th 1939, Jeannette married Roger Louis Rasson in Paris. They ended up divorcing on February 26th 1948. On October 9th 1954, Jeannette married Jean Laham, again in Paris. In the early 1980’s, the couple moved to Montpellier in the south of France, where she still resides today at age 110. Jean, her husband, passed away at age 90 in 2008, leaving Jeannette a widow.
Her age was verified by France correspondent Sylvain Grosgeorge and accepted as validated today – February 24th 2024.
