Biography

Vera Elsie Cannon was born in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana, on April 18 1909, to parents Walter and Geneva Cannon.

She went on to marry Willard Bullen in August 1938 in New Orleans, Louisiana. They never had any children together. Willard passed away in 2003, leaving Vera a widow.

In April 2019, Vera turned 110, becoming a supercentenarian. She was last confirmed alive on her 110th birthday.
