Biography
Lucille Kelly was born in Foxburg, Clarion county, Pennsylvania, USA, on 18 October 1905. Her parents were James and Mayme Kelly. When she graduated from high school, she was recruited by Standard Steel Car and worked as a secretary for the company for five years. Then she married Joseph P. Trecasse, who served in the Army in World War I. Upon his return, he finished his college education, went to medical school and became a doctor. He returned to the Army to serve during World War II.
Treccase died at Concordia Lutheran Ministries in Cabot, Pennsylvania, on 31 August 2018 at the age of 112 years, 317 days. She had been the oldest validated person in the state of Pennsylvania following the death of Delphine Gibson on 9 May 2018.
