Biography
Campanini was born one either the 16th or 17th of January 1910. Her family registered her birth the next morning of that day. When she was 18 years old, she married Luigi Calzetti. They built a house together, where Irma would live until she was 106. After that, she moved into her daughter Giacomina’s house, where her grandchildren and great-grandchildren visit every Sunday for lunch.
Irma Campanini died in Parma, Emilia-Romagna, Italy, on 5 July 2020, at the age of 110 years, 170 days.
