Edna Ellynore Gundersen was born in Arendal, Aust-Agder County, Norway, on October 12 1915 (claimed October 10) to parents Harald Johan and Kristiane (nee Andersen) Gundersen. She was baptized on December 26 1915.
On April 24 1943 she married Hans Moum in Arendal. She later became a religious sister – known as “Nunna Moum”.
Edna currently lives in Larvik, Vestfold County, Norway, at age 110, having celebrated her first supercentenarian birthday in October 2025.
