Biography
Earl Fred Brush was born in near Ferguson, Marshall County, Iowa, USA, on July 17 1893 to parents Solomon L and Delana (nee Hubbard) Brush.
Around the age of seventeen he moved to Minnesota. There he met and married Eva May Baker on September 29 1913 in Nobles County. The couple went on to have three children together and moved to California in the 1940’s. Eva passed away on February 19 1981, after which Earl remained a widower.
He celebrated his 110th birthday in July 2003, gaining status as a supercentenarian.
Earl passed away in a care facility in San Leandro, Alameda County, California, on January 10 2005, aged 111 years, 177 days.
