Biography
Maria Angelica Ramona Tiscornia was born in Gualeguaychú, Entre Ríos, Argentina, on August 22 1912 to Pedro Celestino Tiscornia and Aurora Julia Patriarca. She was baptized on January 31 1914. Angelica reportedly outlived all six of her siblings.
On January 5 1938, Angelica married Arnoldo Mario Beheran at the Catedral de San Jose in Gualeguaychú. They went on to have one child together – a daughter named Marta, whom Angelica also outlived.
In 1973 she moved to Buenos Aires, where she resided at 114 years of age. On May 12 2025, Angelica became the oldest known living person in Argentina upon the passing of Isabel Barletta.
Angelica passed away on September 15 2026 at the age of 114 years, 24 days.
