Biography
Marie-Louise André was born as Marie-Louise Jouglard in Orcières, Hautes-Alpes, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, France, on 16 October 1912. Her father died during World War I in 1918, and she was raised by her mother and aunts.
In July 1933, she married Eugène André. The couple had two children, Camille and Jean.
On 16 October 2022, she celebrated her 110th birthday, becoming a supercentenarian. At the age of 112, she had a large number of descendants, and she has lived in Orcières for her entire life.
Marie-Louise André currently lives in Orcières, Hautes-Alpes, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, France, at the age of 112. She is currently the oldest living person in the Hautes-Alpes department.
