The GRG announces the age validation of Edith Marjorie Fletcher, nee Rink. Edith was born September 8th 1913 in the Bronx, New York City, New York, USA, to Edward C and Ethel Rink. She had at least two siblings – brothers Edward Jr and Robert. On August 10th 1943, Edith married John P Fletcher in Muskogee, Oklahoma, going on to have at least two children together – both daughters.
Edith now resides in Sarasota, Florida, where she has resided since at least 1986. She celebrated her 110th birthday last September and is one of the oldest know people in Florida.
Edith’s age was verified by myself and Waclaw Jan Kroczek. This was accepted by the GRG as validated today – February 16th 2024.
