The GRG announces the age validation of Denise Jeanne Clemence Marie Leroy, nee Puiroux. Denise was born in Nantes, Loire-Atlantique, France, on July 3rd 1913. In October of 1937, Denise married Yves Leroy, a soldier, going on to have at least one child – a son. She worked as a notary, worked for the city council and served as mayor for 14 years. Denise currently still lives in Nantes, Loire-Atlantique, at age 110.
Her age was verified by Sylvain Grosgeorge, correspondent for France, accepted as validated by the GRG with today’s date – January 24th 2024.
