Agnes Sultan (1889-2000) validation
The GRG announces the age validation of Agnes Sultan, nee Nordstrom. Agnes was born December 15th 1889 in Amsele, Västerbotten, Sweden. In 1892, the family moved to the US, settling in Kulm, North Dakota. She married a man named Alfred Sultan and moved to Canada shortly after, raising their two children there. At some point she moved back to the US, where she died in Oceanside, California, on September 4th 2000, aged 110 years, 264 days.
Agnes’ age was verified by Jason King, Nick Erriksson, Daniel Gonik and Waclaw Jan Kroczek, later accepted retroactively as valid on May 7th 2016.
